The Impact Of The Training On The Employees Performance In Sudanese Educational Institutions In The State Of Khartoum
Résumé: Abstract: The study aimed to determine the impact of training on the performance of employees in Sudanese educational institutions. The study population consisted of workers in educational institutions. 180 questionnaires were distributed, and 120 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. The study concluded that there is no effect of training on the quality of work completed, and there is no effect of training on commitment, and there is also no effect of training on the quantity of work completed. The study draws the attention of officials to the importance of paying attention to training and designing appropriate programs for working in educational institutions.
