دور هيئات الدعم الجزائرية في دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة خلال الفترة: 2012 - 2017
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة إيجاد دور هيئات الدعم في دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي من خلاله تم وصف وتحليل دور كل من الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار، الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب، الصندوق الوطني للتأمين على البطالة، والوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر، ومساهمته في تحقيق الدعم للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة بمجموعة مقترحات، كالتالي: - ترقية إطار تشريعي وتنظيمي ملائم لنشاط المؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة؛ - إصلاح وعصرنة تسيير سوق العمل؛ - إنشاء ووضع هيئات تنسيقية ما بين القطاعات. The study aimed to try to find the role of support agencies in supporting small and medium enterprises in Algeria, by adopting descriptive analytical methodology, through which the role of the National Agency for Investment Development, the National Agency for Youth Employment Support, the National Unemployment Insurance Fund, Microcredit, and their contribution to support for small and medium enterprises. This study resulted in a set of proposals, as follows: - Promotion of a legislative and regulatory framework appropriate for the activity of the SME; - Reforming and modernizing the functioning of the labor market; - Establishing and setting up inter-sector coordination bodies.
