دور أدوات التمويل الإسلامي في دعم وترقية الاقتصاد الدائري

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم الصكوك الخضراء كآلية تمويل مستحدثة تسمح بمرافقة مختلف المشاريع المتعلقة بتدوير النفايات و إعادة الرسكلة. كما تسعى أيضا للتعريف بأساليب التمويل الإسلامي، و إمكانية الاستفادة منها في دعم و ترقية الاقتصاد الدائري، خاصة إذا علمنا أنها تتوافق من ناحية المبدئ مع متطلبات هذا النوع المستجد من الاقتصاد، و الذي يعتبر أحد أضلاع التنمية المستدامة. في المقابل، تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بما يسمح بتناول الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بالموضوع، و كذا تناول إشكالية الدراسة بأسلوب علمي مثمر، حيث نستهدف الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي المتعلق بمدى قدرة الصكوك الخضراء على تمويل مشاريع الاقتصاد الدائري من جهة، و مدى قدرتها على تقريب المسافة بين المؤسسات المالية و المصرفية و مختلف المؤسسات الاقتصادية ذات الصلة بالموضوع من جهة أخر Abstract : This study search to present green sukuk as an innovative financing mechanism that allows accompanying various projects related to waste recycling and recycling. It also seeks to introduce the methods of Islamic finance, and the possibility of benefiting from them in supporting and promoting the circular economy, especially if we know that they are compatible in principle with the requirements of this emerging type of economy, which is one of the pillars of sustainable development. also, the study relies on the descriptive-analytical approach, which allows addressing previous studies related to the subject, as well as addressing the problem of the study in a fruitful scientific manner, as we aim to answer the main question related to the extent of green sukuk ability to finance circular economy projects on the one hand, and their ability to Bringing the distance between financial and banking institutions and various economic institutions related to the subject on the other hand
