دراسة مدى الالتزام بالجودة الشاملة في معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس

Résumé: هدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى الالتزام بالجودة الشاملة في معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس، وكذا الكشف عن مدى درجة الالتزام بالجودة في معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية، ودرجة تطبيق المنهج الإحصائي في معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس، حيث استخدم الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 80 أستاذ يمثلون هيئة التدريس في ثلاثة معاهد للتربية البدنية والرياضية، وبغرض جمع المعلومات استخدمنا كأداة استبانة مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة "لديمنغ" المتألفة من 30 عبارة تضمنت كل من درجة استخدام ودرجة أهمية التوفر لمبادئ الجودة الشاملة مقسمة على محورين، وفي الاخير توصل الباحثان الى أنه في معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية درجة أهمية الالتزام بالجودة متوسطة إلا أن استخدامها كان بدرجة متوسطة، وأن درجة أهمية تطبيق المنهج الإحصائي عالية إلا أن تطبيقه كان بدرجة ضعيفة.This study aims to identify the extent of commitment to total quality in institutes of physical education and sports from the point of view of the teaching staff, as well as revealing the degree of commitment to quality in institutes of physical education and sports, and the degree of application of the statistical approach in institutes of physical education and sports from the point of view of the teaching staff. The researchers used the descriptive approach in this study, and the study sample included 80 professors representing the teaching staff in three institutes of physical education and sports, and for the purpose of collecting information, we used as a tool to identify the principles of total quality management "Deming", which consisted of 30 phrases that included both the degree of use and the degree of importance of availability The principles of total quality are divided into two axes. Finally, the researchers concluded that in the institutes of physical education and sports the degree of importance of commitment to quality is medium, but its use was at a medium degree, and that the degree of importance of applying the statistical method is high, but its application was weak
