اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين الجزائريين نحو استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين نحو استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية، كما هدفت إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في هذا الاتجاه حسب متغير الجنس، الخبرة المهنية، و الرتبة العلمية ، و لتحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على خطوات المنهج الوصفي، و تم استخدام مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية ، حيث تم جمع البيانات إلكترونيا على عينة عرضية متاحة على شبكة الانترنيت ، بلغ حجمها (75) أستاذا ( 39 إناث ، 36 ذكور) ،و لمعالجة البيانات تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية كالمتوسط الحسابي، الانحرافات المعيارية و" اختبار مان ويتني"، و" اختبار كروسكال واليس، حيث تم الاستعانة ببرنامج (SPSS)، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين نحو استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمة إيجابية بدرجة كبيرة، كما بينت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق في اتجاهات الأساتذة تعزى لمتغير الجنس ، الخبرة المهنية ، و الرتبة العلمية . الكلمات المفتاحية : الاتجاه ، التعليم الإلكتروني ، العملية التعليمية ، الأساتذة الجامعيين . The study aimed to know the attitudes of university teachers towards the use of E-learning in the educational process, and also aimed to determine whether there are differences in these attitudes according to variables of gender, experience professional and scientific rank, and to achieve these objectives, the study was based on the stages of the descriptive approach, and the scale of attitude towards E-learning in the educational, where data was collected electronically on a cross-sample available on the Internet, which consisted of (75) teachers (39 women, 36 men),For the data processing, a set of statistical methods were used, such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviations, the "Mann-Whitney U test", and the "Kruskal Walis test", Using the Statistical (SPSS), the results of the study showed that the attitudes of university teachers towards the use of E-learning in the educational process are markedly positive, and the results showed that 'there were no differences in the attitudes of teachers due to the variable sex, professional experience and scientific rank.
