Résumé: يعد التنمر الالكتروني من أنواع التنمر الحديثة التي تحول فيها التنمر من البيئة الاجتماعية التقليدية الى البيئة الافتراضية، عبر أدوات ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، فتحولت الظاهرة الى نطاق أوسع وأشد خطورة نظرا للانفتاح الشديد والغموض والمجهولية المتاحة للشخص المتنمر، مما جعل التنمر الالكتروني يأخذ موقع الصدارة في مظاهر التنمر المتنوعة. وهو مجال جديد يحتاج الى دراسة نظرية عميقة، لتوضيح دلالاته، وشرح أشكاله والأدوات المستخدمة فيها، والوقوف على العوامل المساهمة في انتشاره بين فئة كبيرة من الشباب والمراهقين، وكذا تحديد سبل مواجهته والتصدي له، وهذا ما سنحاول التطرق اليه في الورقة البحثية الحالية. Abstract: Cyber bullying is one of the modern types of bullying in which bullying has shifted from the traditional social environment to the virtual environment, through social media and tools. The phenomenon has turned into a broader and more dangerous range due to the extreme openness, ambiguity and anonymity available to the bully, which made electronic bullying take the lead in the manifestations of bullying. It is a new field that needs a deep theoretical study, to clarify its connotations, explain its forms and the tools used in it, identify the factors contributing to its spread, as well as identify ways to confront it, and this is what we will try to address in this article.
