تنمية السياحة البيئية في ظل التشريع الجزائري.

Résumé: يعتبر النشاط السياحي البيئي بمثابة مصدر دخل للعديد من اقتصاديات دول العالم، وهذا نتيجة ارتباطه بأنشطة خدماتية كثيرة تُساعد على خلق العديد من فرص العمل التي تكون قادرة على القضاء على البطالة هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى يُمكن للسياحة البيئية أن تلعب دورها الأساسي في الحفاظ على البيئة من خلال ترسيخ هذه الثقافة عن طريق ممارسات التنمية المستدامة. ولأن الجزائر كانت مازالت ذلك المقصد السياحي البيئي بامتياز، فإنه يتوجب على المشرع الجزائري أن يعمل على الموازنة بين ضرورة الاتجاه إلى النشاط السياحي البيئي الذي له علاقة مُباشرة بالتنمية المُستدامة، مع القيام كذلك بمواجهة سلبياتها عن طريق وضع الأسس والضوابط المساعدة على تنظيمها وتأطيرها. Abstract: Eco-tourism activity is considered a source of income for many economies of the world, and this is as a result of its association with many service activities that help create many job opportunities that are able to eliminate unemployment on this one hand, and on the other hand, ecotourism can play its primary role in preserving environment by consolidating this culture th rough sustainable development practices. And because Algeria was still that eco-tourism destination par excellence, the Algerian legislator must work on balancing the need to go to eco-tourism activity that has a direct relationship to sustainable development, while also confronting its negatives by laying foundations and controls that help organize and frame it.
