دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في صناعة الرأي العام لدى المواطن الجزائري

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في صناعة الرأي العام لدى المواطن الجزائري أيام حادثة سقوط عياش محجوبي ببئر ارتوازي بمنطقة أم الشمل بولاية المسيلة. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الاستمارة لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين الذين قدر عددهم بـ 130 شخص من مستخدمي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي قد لعبت دورا هاما في صناعة الرأي العام لدى المواطن الجزائري، وهذا بالرجوع لمختلف المواد الإعلامية المتنوعة التي أضحت تنقلها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أيام الحادثة. إذ كان لها الدور الأكبر في الانتقال من الحشد الواقعي إلى الحشد الافتراضي، حيث أصبح الأفراد يتواصلون عن طريق شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل ساهم في التعبئة الافتراضية للرأي العام للمواطن الجزائري. This study seeks to reveal the role of the social networks in the industry of public opinion in the Algerian citizen during the fall of Ayash Mahjoubi well artesian area Om Al-Shemal state of Mesila. The researchers used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool to collect data from the estimated 130 users of social networking sites. The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Social networks have played an important role in the public opinion industry of the Algerian citizen, and this is by reference to the various media materials that are being transmitted by the social networks during the incident. It has had a greater role in moving from the virtual crowd to the virtual crowd, where individuals are communicating through social networks in a way that contributes to the virtual mobilization of the public opinion of the Algerian citizen.
