Résumé: ملخص: يرتكز علم النفس الجنائي على فهم الظاهرة الإجرامية من خلال تطبيق نظريات تفسير السلوك الإجرامي في التحقيقات الجنائية، سواء كان تفسيرا نفسيا (نظرية أنماط التفكير الإجرامي، نظرية اضطراب الشخصية، نظرية التحليل النفسي، نظرية التفسير السلوكي، نظرية عقدة النقص، نظرية الانطواء الذاتي)، أو تفسيرا نفسيا اجتماعيا(الارتباط الاجتماعي، نظرية التعلم، والمصدات الماصة، نظرية الوصم الإجرامي)، وهذه التفسيرات ستساهم في تحليل نفسية المجرم في نطاق المنظومة الجنائية والاجتماعية. Abstract: Criminal psychology is based on understanding of the criminal phenomena by applying theories of interpretation of criminal behavior in criminal investigations , whether Psychological interpretation (criminal thinking patterns theory, personality disorder theory, behavioral interpretation theory, inferiority complex theory , austism introductions theory), Or it was a psychosocial interpretation (social association theory, learning theory, absorbent fenders theory, criminal stigma theory).These explanations will contribute to the analysis of the psyshe of the criminal within the criminal and social system.
