The administration of migrants in both Germany and France differs according to the administration public environment and the regulation of immigrants in Germany and France has long been subject to the context of administrative environment at all political, social, cultural, economic and even historical levels.Which explains the fundamental difference between the two countries in the management of immigration and migrants and methods adopted in that regard given the different administrative practices and structures in place and the different environment in which the administration was found.
