شركات التكنولوجيا المالية الناشئة كبديل لدعم الشمول المالي المستدام للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة وإبراز الدور الذي يُمكن أن تلعبه شركات التكنولوجيا المالية الناشئة كبديل مستحدث لدعم الشمول المالي المستدام للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدام لسنة 2030، وتلبية الاحتياجات المالية الأساسية وبالتالي تعزيز درجة الشمول المالي في مختلف التعاملات المالية والمصرفية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن شركات التكنولوجيا المالية الناشئة بإمكانها دعم الشمول المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، كونها تعمل على توفير مصادر تمويل مستجدة، وتعرض خدمات متنوعة، وبسيطة، وبأقل تكلفة، حيث تأكد أن انتشار شركات التكنولوجيا المالية في الجزائر ضعيف جداً إذ؛ لم يتجاوز عددها شركتين. وهو ما يستدعي ضرورة الإسراع في تبني التكنولوجيات الجديدة والابتكارات المالية لتحقيق الشمول المالي المستدام للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر. This study aims to discuss and highlight the role that emerging financial technology companies can play as an innovative alternative to support sustainable financial inclusion for small and medium enterprises in Algeria to achieve sustainable development goals for the year 2030, meet basic financial needs and thus enhance the degree of financial inclusion in various financial and digital transactions. The study concluded that emerging financial technology companies can support the financial inclusion of small and medium enterprises, as they work to provide new sources of financing and offer various, simple and affordable services, as it is confirmed that the spread of financial technology companies in Algeria is very weak, as; The number did not exceed two companies. This calls for the necessity to accelerate the adoption of new technologies and financial innovations to achieve sustainable financial inclusion for small and medium enterprises in Algeria
