Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر التحول الرقمي على ربحية القطاع المصرفي، من خلال إبراز كيفية توظيف البنوك للتكنولوجيا الحديثة مما يمكنها من تطوير خدمات جديدة وتحسين تجربة العملاء لديها، كما تم تسليط الضوء على دور التحول الرقمي في زيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية، مما يساعد البنوك على تعزيز موقفها التنافسي في السوق. ويُمكن هذا التحول البنوك من جذب شريحة أكبر من العملاء بدقة وسهولة وبتكلفة أقل، مما يساهم في تحسين ربحيتها. حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة والاعتماد على الإحصائيات والتقارير لإبراز العلاقة بين التحول الرقمي وربحية القطاع المصرفي محل الدراسة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تبني القطاع المصرفي الجزائري للتحول الرقمي ساعد على تحسين ربحيتها بغض النظر عن العوامل الأخرى المساهمة في حساب مؤشرات الربحية والتي كانت متأثرة بمخلفات الأزمة الصحية كورونا. This study aims to clarify the impact of digital transformation on the profitability of the banking sector, by highlighting how banks employ modern technology, which enables them to develop new services and improve their customers’ experience. The role of digital transformation in increasing operational efficiency was also highlighted, which helps banks enhance their competitive position in the market. This transformation enables banks to attract a larger segment of customers accurately, easily and at a lower cost, which contributes to improving their profitability. The descriptive analytical approach was used to describe the variables of the study and rely on statistics and reports to highlight the relationship between digital transformation and the profitability of the banking sector under study. The results of the study concluded that the Algerian banking sector’s adoption of digital transformation helped improve its profitability regardless of other factors contributing to the calculation of profitability indicators, which It was affected by the remnants of the Corona health crisis.
