إشكالية الدولة والعنف في المنطقة العربية: دراسة تحليلية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع العنف في الدول العربية، وذلك بالعودة إلى منابعه الأولى، التي صاحبت فترة تأسيس الدولة لرصد مكانة العنف في السياسات المعتمدة من قبل النخب الحاكمة بعد إعلان قيام الدول العربية، فقد عرفت المنطقة العربية الكثير من أحداث العنف مثل الحروب الأهلية، الانقلابات، احتلال، حتى أصبح العنف صفة تتسم بها الدولة العربية، وتعد فترة الربيع العربي من أكثر التجارب خطورة من حيث ارتفاع سقف العنف الذي نقل بعضها من حالة الدولة إلى حالة اللا_دولة، مثل اليمن، ليبيا، سوريا، وحالات أخرى كانت أقل عنفا مثل تونس. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the reality of violence in the Arab countries, by returning to its first sources, which accompanied the period of the founding of the state, to monitor the place of violence in the policies adopted by the ruling elites after the declaration of the establishment of the Arab countries. The Arab region has known many violent events such as civil wars, Coups, occupation, until violence became a characteristic of the Arab state, and the period of the Arab Spring is considered one of the most dangerous experiences in terms of the increase in the ceiling of violence, which transferred some of them from the state of the state to the state of non-state, such as Yemen, Libya, Syria, and other cases that were less violent, such as Tunisia.
