التقليد الرقمي لبرامج الألعاب الإلكترونية في التشريع الجزائري- أية حماية جنائية؟-

Résumé: ملخص: تعد برامج الألعاب الإلكترونية أحد المصنفات الرقمية التي تستلزم توفير الحماية الجنائية لها، للتقليل أو الحد من جريمة التقليد الرقمي التي تستهدفها، وتلحق أضرارا بمؤلفي هذه البرامج، و ذلك وفقا لقانون حقوق المؤلف و الحقوق المجاورة، بهدف تشجيع المبرمجين على الإبتكار و الإبداع، وفتح المجال أمام نوع جديد من الصناعة و هي تصنيع و تطوير الألعاب الإلكترونية. Abstract: Electronic game programs are part of the digital works for which criminal protection must be provided to them, in order to reduce or limit the crime of digital imitation that they target, and cause harm to the authors of these programs, in accordance with copyright and neighboring rights, in order to encourage programmers to innovate and create, and to open up the field to a new type of industry, which is the manufacture and development of electronic games.
