Résumé: الملخص: لقد أسس المؤسس الدستوري في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 لنظام مؤسساتي مستقل يعني بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته في محاولة منه لإعادة تفعيل آليات مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد المتضمنة فيالقانون 06-01، من خلال استكمال بناء البنية الهيكلية والوظيفية لهذا النظام والتي من شأنها أن تضفي اكبر قدر ممكن من الشفافية والنزاهة والموضوعية والحياد على أعمال الادارة في مواجهة الاشخاص المتعاملين معها وهو ما تحقق فعلا في انشاء السلطة العليا للشفافية والوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته التي حدد نظام عملها القانون 22-08 . Abstract: The Constitutional Foundation in the Constitutional Amendment of 2020 established an independent institutional system to prevent and combat corruption in an effort to reinvigorate the anti-corruption mechanisms contained in Law 06-01, by completing the construction of the structural and functional structure of this system that will give the greatest possible transparency, impartiality, objectivity and impartiality to the work of the administration in the face of its clients, which has already been achieved in the establishment of the supreme authority for transparency and prevention of corruption
