دور صيغ التمويل الإسلامي في تنمية المشاريع الاستثمارية دراسة حالة بنك البركة وكالة الوادي خلال الفترة )2013 - 2017(
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى مساهمة صيغ التمويل الإسلامي في تنمية المشاريع الاستثمارية كون نظام هذا التمويل يختلف جذريا عن نظام التمويل التقليدي و الذي تبين من هذه الدراسة أنه يناسب تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية. ومن أجل ذلك تم انتهاج المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه ملائما لعرض مختلف صيغ التمويل الإسلامي ، بهدف معرفة مدى مساهمة و فعالية هذه الصيغ من خلال دراسة ميدانية حالة بنك البركة وكالة الوادي في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية ، بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بالمقابلة الشخصية و الملاحظة لجمع المعلومات و البيانات ، و ذلك من اجل الوقوف على آليات تطبيق الصيغ التمويلية المطبقة ، بهدف الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة ، و تعميم النتائج في الأخير . و بعد معالجة الموضوع خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : • إشكالية التمويل تخلق العديد من المشاكل بالنسبة للمشاريع الاستثمارية ،إحجام البنوك الإسلامية عن تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية ناتج عن نقص الخبرة وعدم كفاءة و فعالية التسيير ، التمويل الإسلامي مناسب و ملائم للمشاريع الاستثمارية خاصة في مرحلة التشغيل لا في مرحلة الانطلاق This study aims at clarifying the contribution of the Islamic financing formulas to the development of investment projects because the system of this financing is totally different from the traditional financing system, which was found to be suitable for financing investment projects. For this reason, the analytical descriptive approach has been adopted as it is suitable for presenting the various forms of Islamic finance, in order to determine the contribution and effectiveness of these formulas through a field study the case of Al Baraka Bank EL- Oued Agency . To use the interview and observation to collect information and data, in order to identify the mechanisms of applying the funding formulas applied, in order to answer the problem of study, and the dissemination of the results in the latter. After the treatment of the subject, the study concluded with a number of results: • The problem of financing creates many problems for investment projects , The reluctance of Islamic banks to finance investment projects due to lack of experience and inefficiency and efficiency of management , Islamic finance is suitable and adequate for investment projects, especially in the operational phase, not in the starting stage.
