Résumé: The digital transformation that humanity has adopted and integrated into all its social, economic, and political dealings has changed the traditional patterns of communication, and by changing the tools of communication between individuals, the behaviors and practices of the latter change in a new virtual environment. It has become a reflecting mirror for a large portion of our actions, and an important motivation for the uses of these media in which individuals see... It meets many of our psychological and social needs and is thus an extension of our senses and our daily practice. The misuse of these technological technologies also resulted in many unethical attacks that constituted what is called cyberbullying, which fell into the circle of cybercrime and which caused crises and psychological and social pressure for a large group of adolescents, and thus this study sought To reveal the reality of the use of social networking sites in its dimensions (motivations, patterns, and observational learning), and its relationship to the problem behaviors of cyberbullying; Embodied in both; (Threats and ridicule; harassment; exclusion and neglect; and the influence of problematic reactions to bullying) among adolescents in Algeria, where the size of the total population for the study was 9,431 adolescents nationwide. Therefore, this study investigated six basic points that were as follows: Identifying patterns and circumstances What drives Algerian teenagers to use social networking sites? Knowing the causes, methods and forms of cyberbullying among adolescents, in addition to highlighting the levels of use and cyberbullying among adolescents, knowing the impact of the dimensions of the use of social networking sites on cyberbullying. By relying on the survey method, with its descriptive and analytical part, in accordance with the integration of the quantitative and qualitative methods, which in turn leads to the use of the most effective technique in collecting data, which was determined by the questionnaire as a basic tool and distributed to a cluster sample consisting of 800 individuals, drawn from four regional regions at the level of the Algerian national country, in addition to adopting The interview tool as a sub-tool, in order to achieve a set of results that were as follows: The study revealed a moderate level of teenage uses, while cyberbullying reached a weak level in all its dimensions. The results also showed that there is a weak direct relationship between the use of social networking sites and cyberbullying behavior among adolescent victims of cyberbullying ; As for the favorite sites that appeal to teenagers in Algeria, the overwhelming lead was the Facebook platform with (83.0%), closely followed by the Instagram platform with a rate of (79.2%), then the YouTube platform. with a percentage of (47.8%), which indicates that the most used site was the Facebook platform with a percentage of (67.7%); The results of the study revealed the habits adopted by adolescents in using social networking sites, according to the amount of time spent by a large number of adolescents in the browsing process, as more than half of the respondents disclosed the estimated time in this, and thus ranged between two to three hours per day on a permanent basis, and thus A percentage estimated at (55.7%), while the evening period among teenagers occupied a percentage of using social networking sites at a rate estimated at (35.9%), and it was the best time to use social networking sites. Most teenagers have free time, while the seniority of the respondents in opening accounts on social networking sites ranged from two years or more, at a rate of (54.1%); The study revealed the presence of statistically significant differences in the answers of the respondents regarding the level of the cyberbullying axis and its dimensions as a whole, due to personal variables (age, educational level, marital status of the parents). It resulted in the presence of significant differences, except for the gender variable, which showed no differences. It has a moral significance in the answers of the respondents.
