المعالجة الصحفية للإنقلاب العسكري التركي دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لصحيفتي الخبر اليومي الجزائرية والعرب القطرية الفترة من 16 جويلية إلى 01 أوت 2016

Résumé: تناولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة موضوع المعالجة الصحفية للانقلاب العسكري التركي 2016، من خلال المقارنة بين صحيفتا الخبر اليومي الجزائرية، و العرب القطرية خلال فترة 16 جويلية2016 إلى 01 أوت 2016. هدفت دراستنا في معرفة الطرق و الأساليب التي عالجت بها الصحيفتين للانقلاب العسكري التركي 2016، حيث قمنا بمسح شامل على الدراسة، وذلك من خلال تحليلنا لكافة أعداد الصحيفتين من الفترة 16جويلية إلى 01 أوت 2016. و قد تم الاعتماد على منهجين:المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج المقارن، إضافة إلى تصميم استمارة تحليل مضمون الحدث الانقلاب العسكري التركي 2016 كأداة للدراسة، كما تم ضبط ثباتها لتصبح قابلة للتطبيق حيث تم تقسيم الاستمارة إلى ثلاث محاور: المحور الأول خاص بالبيانات الأولية لصحيفتنا الدراسة، المحور الثاني الخاص بفئات الشكل "كيف قيل"؟، أما فيما يتعلق بالمحور الثالث فقد خُصص لفئات المضمون"ماذا قيل؟. وبعد تحليلنا لهذه الفئات ومقارنة النتائج المتحصل عليها توصلنا في الأخير أن الصحيفتان إعتمدتا على الخبر الصحفي في نقلها للحدث التركي الذي يعتبر من أهم الأنواع الصحفية بإعتبارها يتميز بالآنية، وتركيزها على وكالة الأنباء في نقلها وطرحها للموضوع لأنها تعتبر مصدر موثوق به. ومن هذا نستنج أن الصحيفتين ألمت بالموضوع بكافة جوانبه. Through this study, we have dealt with press treatment of Turkish military coup in 2016, in which we compared between the Algerian newspaper ‘ELKHABAR’ and the Qatari newspaper ‘AL ARAB’ Our study targeted to know the methods in which the two newspapers dealt with the Turkish military coup in 2016 through making a thorough survey on the study in which we analysed all the editions of the two newspapers between the period of July 16th ,2016 and August the 1st 2016. We relied on two ways, the analytic way and the comparative way, in addition to make a form of the event content treatment as a support means to the study. This form has been confirmed and divided into (03) three syllabuses: the first syllabus concerned with first data of the newspapers. The second one, concerned with the form categories ‘how it is told’? The last one is concerned with content categories ‘what is told’? After analysing these categories and comparing results achieved, we concluded that the two newspapers relied on the journalistic news to spot light on the Turkish event which is considered as the most actual press event. They also focused on news transferring and dealing with because it is considered as a confident source. Thence, we conclude that the two newspapers wholly dealt with all the aspects of the subject.
