Résumé: ملخص: ظلت قضية الصحراء الغربية نقطة محورية ومفصلية في العلاقات المغاربية أعاقت تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي والرفاه الاجتماعي لشعوب المنطقة، في عالم أضحت فيه التكتلات الإقليمية ضرورة حتمية لمواجهة تحديات العولمة ، على ضوء ذلك نطرح التساؤل الآتي: - إلى أي مدى يمكن اعتبار قضية الصحراء الغربية السبب المباشر في إعاقة التكامل المغاربي ؟ .
