الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالتوافق الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة مؤتة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الصلابة النفسية بالتوافق النفسي لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة مؤتة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياسي الصلابة النفسية التوافق الأكاديمي, طبقت على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية بلغت (250) طالباً وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أوضحت النتائج أن مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة جاء مرتفعاً، وقد جاء بعد (الالتزام) في المرتبة الأولى ، بينما جاء بعد (التحكم) في المرتبة الأخيرة ، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التوافق الأكاديمي جاء متوسطاً، وأن هناك علاقة ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(α≤0.05) بين متغير الصلابة النفسية وأبعاده ومستوى التوافق الأكاديمي، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق في الصلابة النفسية لدى الطلبة تعزى للجنس، ووجود فروق في التوافق الأكاديمي تعزى للجنس ولصالح الذكور. ووجود فروق في الصلابة النفسية ومستوى التوافق الأكاديمي لصالح الكليات العلمية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الصلابة النفسية ومستوى التوافق الأكاديمي تعزى للتفاعل بين الجنس والكلية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحفيز الطلبة, وتناول متغيرات تتعلق بشخصية الطالب الكلمات المفتاحية: الصلابة النفسية ؛التوافق الأكاديمي؛طلبة جامعة مؤتة Abstract psychological hardness, and Academic adjustment among a sample of Mutah University Students This study aimed at identifying the level of psychological hardness, and Academic adjustment among a sample of Mutah University Students as well as identifying the relationship between psychological hardness. The researcher used the scales of psychological hardness and Academic adjustment level. The study sample consisted of 250 male and female students. The study reached the most important results: 1. The results showed that the level of psychological hardness among Mutah University Students was high 2. The results showed that there is a statistically positive significant relationship at ( α≤ 0.05) between the variable of psychological hardness and its dimensions and Academic adjustment. And also showed there are differences regarding Academic adjustment due to gender in favor of males. and there are differences regarding psychological hardiness and Academic adjustment due to faculty in favor of the scientific faculties. As for the interaction between gender and faculty, also there are no differences regarding psychological hardiness and Academic adjustment due to the interaction between gender and faculty.
