ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية و نجاح المشروع: الدور المُعَدِّل لدورة حياة المشروع

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة تأثير ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية على نجاح المشروع في المؤسسات القائمة على المشاريع بولايتي سيدي بلعباس و سعيدة (الجزائر). تهدف الدراسة أيضا إلى تقييم الدور المُعَدِّل لدورة حياة المشروع على العلاقة بين ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية و نجاح المشروع. تم جمع البيانات من 130 مشروع بواسطة إستبانة وزعت على المؤسسات القائمة على المشاريع محل الدراسة، و تم تحليلها باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية (PLS-SEM) تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية (تخطيط الموارد البشرية، اختيار و تعيين الموظفين، التدريب و التطوير، نظام تقييم الأداء، نظام التعويضات) لها تأثير إيجابي و معنوي على نجاح المشروع؛ كما تشير إلى أن العلاقة بين ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية و نجاح المشروع تختلف وفقا لمراحل دورة حياة المشروع. Abstract : This paper aims to investigate the effect of Human Resource Management Practices on the Project Success in project-based Enterprises of Sidi Bel Abbès; saida (Algeria). The study also evaluates the moderating role of Project life cycle on the relationship between HRM practices and project success (PS). Data were collected from 130 projects using a questionnaire survey in the project oriented Enterprises under study and analyzed through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results suggest that the HRM Practices (Human Resource Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Appraisals System and Employees Compensation System) had a positive significant influence on PS. In addition, the findings indicate that the relationship between HRM practices and project success varies according to project life cycle phases
