الخدمات الإرشادية لمستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني ودورها في تحقيق التوافق النفسي لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على البكالوريا

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان الخدمات الإرشادية لمستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني ودورها في تحقيق التوافق النفسي للتلاميذ المقبلين على البكالوريا، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر الخدمات الإرشادية على التوافق النفسي لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على البكالوريا وكذلك على الفروق بين التلاميذ في ظل متغيرين ( الجنس، التخصص) وانطلقت هذه الدراسة من التساؤل التالي: هل الخدمات الإرشادية التي يقدمها مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني تساهم في تحقيق التوافق النفسي لتلاميذ المقبلين على البكالوريا؟ اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام أداتين هما استبيان الخدمات الإرشادية ومقياس التوافق النفسي وقد طبقت الأداتين على عينة قوامها(57) تلميذ وتلميذة اختيرت بطريقة قصدية من بين تلاميذ البكالوريا من ثانوية امعمر بوسيلة الواقعة ببلدية وامري ولاية المدية للعام الدراسي 2022/2023 وكانت نتائج هذه الدراسة كالتالي: - الخدمات الإرشادية تؤثر بدرجة متوسطة في تحقيق التوافق النفسي للتلاميذ المقبلين على البكالوريا - لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة من طرف مستشار التوجيه تبعا لمتغير الجنس ذكر/ أنثى. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة من طرف المستشار التوجيه تبعا لمتغير التخصص علمي/أدبي وهاته الفروق لصالح العلميين. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق النفسي لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على البكالوريا تبعا لمتغير الجنس ذكر/ أنثى وهاته الفروق لصالح الذكور. - لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق النفسي لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على البكالوريا تبعا لمتغير التخصص علمي/أدبي. Study summary Our study was entitled the counseling services of the school and vocational guidance counselor and its role in achieving the psychological adjustment of students coming to the baccalaureate. This study consists of the following question: Do the counseling services provided by the school and vocational counseling and guidance counselors contribute to achieving psychological compatibility for students who are about to obtain the baccalaureate? We relied on the descriptive approach, and two tools were used, which are the counseling services questionnaire and the measure of psychological adjustment. The two tools were applied to a sample of (57) male and female students randomly selected from among the baccalaureate students from the Ammar Bousila secondary school located in the municipality of Ouamre, the state of Medea for the academic year 2022/2023. The results of this study were as follows: Counseling services have a moderate effect on achieving psychological adjustment for students who are about to obtain the baccalaureate - There are no statistically significant differences in the counseling services provided by the guidance counselor, according to the gender variable, male/female. - There are statistically significant differences in the counseling services provided by the guidance counselor, according to the scientific/literary specialization variable, and these differences are in favor of scientists. - There are statistically significant differences in the psychological adjustment of students who are about to obtain the baccalaureate, according to the gender variable, male / female, and these differences are in favor of males. - There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological adjustment of students who are about to obtain the baccalaureate, according to the scientific / literary specialization variable.
