بيئة العمل الداخلية ودورها في تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي

Résumé: هدفت دراستنا الحالية الى معرفة دور بيئة العمل في تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي للممرضين بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سعد دحلب جامعة، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب للموضوع، كما قمنا باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 100 مفردة باستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل على جميع الممرضين بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سعد دحلب جامعة ولاية المغير، ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها ما يلي: - كلما كانت ظروف بيئة العمل الداخلية ملائمة ومشجعة ومحفزة كلما زادت نسبة الاستقرار الوظيفي. - الظروف الفيزيقية لبيئة العمل الداخلية لها دور في تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي لدى الممرضين بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سعد دحلب جامعة ولاية المغير. - الظروف التنظيمية تساهم في تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي للممرضين بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سعد دحلب جامعة ولاية المغير. - الظروف النفسية والاجتماعية لها دور في تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي للممرضين بالمؤسسة لعمومية الاستشفائية سعد دحلب جامعة ولاية المغير. Our current study aimed to find out the role of the work environment in achieving job stability for nurses at the Saad Dahlab University Public Hospital Institution. In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach as it was most appropriate for the topic. We also used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, as the study sample included 100 individuals using a comprehensive survey method. All nurses at the Saad Dahlab Public Hospital Institution, Al-Mughayir State University, and among the results reached are the following: - The more appropriate, encouraging and motivating the conditions of the internal work environment are, the greater the percentage of job stability. The physical conditions of the internal work environment have a role in achieving job stability for nurses at the Saad Dahlab Public Hospital Institution, Al-Mughair State University.
