أثر تبني الإدارة البيئية في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية

Résumé: في ظل الاهتمام المتزايد والتوجه الجديد للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في مجال حماية البيئة، دأبت المؤسسات الاقتصادية إلى إدماج البعد البيئي في إستراتيجيتها التسييرية في إطار مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية حيث انتقلت الممارسة البيئية من الصفة الطوعية إلى الإستراتيجية، وذلك من خلال تبني نظام الإدارة البيئية الذي يحسن أدائها البيئي ويحقق لها مكاسب اقتصادية وتجارية إلى جانب المكاسب البيئية، كما يعتبر مؤشرا هام لتفعيل المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة وتقييم مساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على قواعد الإدارة البيئية و المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وكذا فهم العلاقة التي تربط بينهما. إضافة إلى التطرق لسبل تطبيق الإدارة البيئية في المؤسسة والفرص التي يتيحها تبني الإدارة البيئية في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية.
