التسويق العكسي كآلية لترشيد الاستهلاك المنزلي للطاقة الكهربائية : دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من المستهلكين في مدينة باتنة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لاختبار مدى صلاحية إستراتيجية التسويق العكسي كنموذج ملائم من أجل تحقيق مسعى شركات الطاقة لترشيد استهلاك الكهرباء. وقد تم جمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية منتظمة تقدر بـ 300 مفردة عن طريق استبانه تم تصميمها لهذه الغاية، تم استرجاع 200 استمارة منها صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. واستخدمت الدراسة الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لتفسير بياناتها واختبار فرضية علاقات التأثير المباشرة بين المتغير المستقل الرئيسي (استراتيجيات التسويق العكسي) والمتغير التابع (ترشيد استهلاك الكهرباء). وبينت النتائج أن عينة البحث ترى بأن عوامل إستراتيجية التسويق العكسي يمكنها إحداث التغيير المطلوب في ترشيد استهلاك الكهرباء. The study aims to test the validity of demarketing strategy as an appropriate model in order to achieve energy companies bid to rationalize electricity consumption. The results showed that the research sample is of the opinion that factors demarketing strategy that can bring about the desired change in the rationalization of electricity consumption.
