أثر بعض المتغيرات التكميلية على قيمة الناتج الفلاحي في الجزائر: دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي (var)

Résumé: من خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين قيمة الناتج الفلاحي مع بعض المتغيرات التكميلية (الإنفاق الحكومي، الرقم القياسي لأسعار المنتجين، الواردات الفلاحية والصادرات الفلاحي) في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1983-2018)، وذلك باستخدام نموذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي. وقد تبين من خلال هذه الدراسة، أن مساهمة المتغيرات التكميلية في قيمة الناتج الفلاحي محدودة ومتباينة من حيث الأثر والزمن، مما يجعلها لا تتوافق وطموحات السياسة الفلاحية في الجزائر. Through this study, we tried to reveal the nature of the relationship between the value of agricultural output with some complementary variables (Government spending, producer price index, agricultural imports and agricultural exports) in Algeria during the period (1983-2018), using an Autoregressive Vector Model. According to this study, that the contribution of complementary variables to the value of agricultural output is limited and varied in terms of impact and time, which makes it incompatible with the ambitions of agricultural policy in Algeria.
