Résumé: ملخص: تعد الأرشفة الإلكترونية من أبرز الأهداف التي تسعى مراكز الأرشيف ومؤسسات حفظ الوثائق تحقيقها، وذلك من أجل تعزيز وتسهيل عمليات الوصول والولوج إلى مختلف أرصدتها الأرشيفية، ولكي يتحقق ذلك لابد من اعتماد التقنيات الحديثة، وتعتبر كل من التحديات التكنولوجية والبيئة التشريعية وتطبيق المعايير الهاجس الحقيقي الذي يواجه الأرشفة الإلكترونية، وتأتي الدراسة الحالية للتعريف بالأرشفة الإلكترونية وإبراز مدى مساهمتها في إتاحة وتبليغ الوثائق الأرشيفية وكذلك حصر وتقديم لأهم التحديات التي تواجه الأرشفة الإلكترونية، ووضع إستراتيجيات مقترحة لمجابهتها اعتمادا على المعايير العالمية الحديثة في مجال الوثائق والمعلومات. الكلمات المفتاحية: تحديات – الأرشفة الإلكترونية- المعايير- حلول – إتاحة الوثائق.
