دور الجزائر في تجريم الاختطاف قصد طلب الفدية كمصدر تمويل للجماعات الإرهابية الدولية.

Résumé: إن أهم ما تضمنته هذه الدراسة هو تبيان أساسيات تمويل الإرهاب كجريمة دولية تنتهك المجتمعات الدولية، بالإضافة إلى دراسة جريمة الاختطاف ودفع الفدية باعتبارها مصدرا استثنائيا من مصادر تمويل الإرهاب، والتي تعبر أخطر مصدر غير مباشر لتمويل العمليات الإرهابية، كما تم دراسة الجهود الدولية والإقليمية لتعزيز دور الدول في مجال مكافحة تمويل الأنشطة الإرهابية مع ضرورة تجفيف منابع هذا التمويل من قبل حث العديد من الدور عليه. The important point in this study is to show the basics of terrorism’s funding, as an international crime, that violate the international communities. Further more, the study deals with the crime of kidnapping and the payment of ransom, for it’s considered as an exceptional terroristic funding source, which is considered as an indirect source for funding the terroristic operations. The international and regional efforts for consolidating the countries’ role in the domain of combating the terroristic activities’ funding have been studied, besides the necessity of stopping this funding sources through many countries’ persistence.
