التناول الإعلامي لوباء كوفيد 19 من خلال المواقع الالكترونية - دراسة وصفية تحليلية لمضمون الموقع الإعلامي الالكتروني الحكومي Covid19.cipalgerie.com – ( مارس 2020-نوفمبر 2020)

Résumé: تهدف ورقتنا البحثية الى إبراز كيفية التناول الإعلامي لموضوع وباء كوفيد 19 من خلال الموقع الالكتروني الحكومي ( covid19.cipalgerie.com ) و ذلك بالاعتماد على أداة تحليل المضمون التي مكنتنا من تحليل محتوى الموقع على شبكة الانترنت و من ثم استخراج فئات الشكل و المحتوى و تحليلهما تحليلا كيفيا . و توصلت دراستنا إلى أن التغطية الإعلامية للأزمة الصحية وباء كوفيد 19 عبر الموقع محل الدراسة كانت بسيطة و سطحية شكلا و مضمونا ،حيث اقتصر على توظيفه كواجهة اعلامية فقط تدخل ضمن خطة احتواء أزمة جائحة كورونا . الكلمات المفتاحية : المعالجة الإعلامية ، الاعلام الالكتروني الحكومي ، وباء كوفيد 19 ،تحليل المحتوى ، الموقع الالكتروني ( covid19.cipalgerie.com ). Our research paper aims to investigate the treatment media for epidemic COVID 19 through the Algeria government website (covid19.cipalgerie.com.).This study adopted the descriptive approach using content analysis tool that enabled us to analyze the content of the website publications in question and then extract the categories of form and content and analyze them qualitatively. Our study concluded that the treatment media of the topic Covid 19 epidemic via the government website on the Internet in question was simple and superficial in form and content, as it was limited to employing it as a media interface only that is included in the plan to contain the health crisis of the Corona pandemic.
