الأمن الصحي بين الشريعة الإسلامية واللوائح الصحية الدولية

Résumé: الملخص: الأمن الصحي واحد من الأبعاد الأمنية المهمة في مجال الدراسات الأمنية والشرعية، لارتباطه بمقصد حفظ النفس وحق الإنسان في الحياة ، تزايد الاهتمام به في السنوات الأخيرة في ظل تسارع انتشار الأمراض المستجدة والأوبئة العابرة للحدود ، مما أدى إلى العمل على تكثيف الجهود الدولية لتعزيزه من خلال اللوائح الصحية الدولية ، والتي لم تختلف كثيرا من حيث التدابير الصحية للوقاية من الأمراض ومنع انتشارها عن تلك التي سنتها الشريعة الإسلامية. Summary: Health security is one of the important security dimensions in the field of security and legal studies, as it is linked to the goal of self-preservation and the human right to life. Interest in it has increased in recent years in light of the acceleration in the spread of emerging diseases and cross-border epidemics, which led to work to intensify international efforts to enhance health security. Through the International Health Regulations, which did not differ much in terms of health measures to prevent diseases and prevent their spread from those enacted by Islamic law.
