تصور مقترح لإتاحة الكيانات الرقمية التعليمية بمستودع جامعة الإخوة منتوري – قسنطينة1-

Résumé: تعد المستودعات الرقمية من أهم أنظمة إدارة مصادر المعلومات الرقمية على شبكة الأنترنت و التي ظهرت في إطار مبادرات الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات و جيل ما بعد المكتبات الرقمية، و في ظل تطورات تقنيات نظم إدارة مصادر المعلومات الرقمية سعت العديد من الجامعات إلى بناء مستودعات رقمية لحفظ و تنظيم و اتاحة الإنتاج الفكري ، و اتخذت في ذلك التدابير و الإجراءات التي تساعد على اتاحة المجموعات الرقمية ، تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية و بالضبط مستودع جامعة الإخوة منتوري قسنطينة 1 ، هدفت في المقام الأول إلى الخروج برؤية لدعم و تطوير المستودع لخدمة الأغراض التعليمية من خلال الملاحظة و المقابلة لجمع البيانات البحثية و تحليلها وصولا إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تكشف عن ضرورة وضع سياسات وطنية و مؤسساتية واضحة تحفز على اتاحة الكيانات الرقمية التعليمية بمستودع جامعة الإخوة منتوري قسنطينة 1. Abstract: Digital repositories are considered one of the most important systems for digital information resources management on the Internet. They appeared within the framework of open access to information and the appearance of digital libraries. In light of these developments, many universities created digital repositories to organize and make their intellectual production visible, and took measures and procedures that help make their collections available. This study deals with the institutional digital repositories and more specifically the repository of Mentouri Constantine University 1, aiming primarily to come up with a vision to support and develop the repository to serve educational purposes. The study used observation and interview to collect research data. Results of the data analysis revealed the need to develop clear national and institutional policies that stimulate the availability of educational digital resources in the Repository of the University
