Résumé: The study aimed to test the impact of organizational culture with its dimensions (customers care, Share, time commitment, Collaboration between co-workers) in reducing the consequences of the Corona virus pandemic for hospital staff of Hakim Saadan / Biskra, to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting primary data, where 54 questionnaires were collected, after analysis, using the SPSS statistical analysis program, the study concluded that the hospital has a strong organizational culture that hastened to relieve pressure on members of the medical staff, save the lives of patients and reduce the consequences of this pandemic. the study recommended the need to invest in organizational culture in all its dimensions to reduce the consequences of the pandemic, and to take into account the values of cooperation and solidarity that appeared in the pandemic and hang on to it in the hospital.
