رموز الحكم على أحاديث الجامع الصغير للإمام السيوطي تأصيلاً وتطبيقاً-signs Of Provisions Of Ahadith Of Al-jami’ Al-saghir By Imam As- Suyuti Principles And Application

Résumé: تناول هذا البحث كتاب الجامع الصغير من أحاديث البشير النذير الذي يعد من كتب الحديث النبوي، ودراسة رموز أحكام مؤلفه السيوطي على الأحاديث من حيث التأصيل، والكشف عن مصادره، والمعايير التي اعتمدها. وتعتبر مسألة رموز أحكام السيوطي على أحاديث الجامع الصغير من المسائل التي أثيرت في القديم والحديث؛ لوجود الاختلافات في النسخ الخطية والمطبوعة منه، وما ذكره العلماء الذين خدموا الجامع الصغير في هذه الرموز، ولذلك تم في هذا البحث دراسة تلك الرموز بالتحقق منها تأصيلاً، من خلال الرجوع إلى أصل الجامع الصغير وهو الجامع الكبير، وستِّ نسخ خطية ونسختين مطبوعتين وثلاثةٍ من أقدم شروحه وأهمها، ثم التحقق من هذه الرموز بمنهج استقرائيّ تطبيقيّ لدراسة مواضع الاتفاق والاختلاف مع الترجيح. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن السيوطي قد رمز على طائفة من أحاديث جامعه الصغير، ونقلت عنه في النسخ الخطية والمطبوعة والشروح، وأن مصدر كثير منها هو القواعد التي ذكرها في مقدمة جامعه الكبير، وأن رموزه هي أحكام أغلبية تابع فيها من قبله تصحيحاً وتحسيناً وتضعيفاً، وقد اعتراها شيء من التصحيف بسبب النساخ. The research dealt with Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir from AL-Basheer Al- Nazeer hadiths that is considered one of the prophet's hadith books, which studies the signs of the provisions of his author Imam As- Suyuti in terms of rooting, and revealing his sources, and the standards that he adopted. Those signs are one of the issues that have been raised in ancient and modern times because there are differences in the written manuscripts and printed transcriptions of it, and what the scholars who served Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir have mentioned in those signs, Therefore the research dealt with the issue by verifying those signs in an authentic way through Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir origin (Al-Jami’ Al-kabeer), and in six manuscripts and two printed transcriptions of it and three of its oldest and most important annotations, so we can apply it in a practical inductive method to study the points of agreement and differences, and correct between its signs. It is concluded that As- Suyuti put signs that shows his provision on lots of Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir hadiths, and that were copied in many of Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir manuscripts, printed transcriptions, and annotations. A lot of sources from those signs are the rules that As- Suyuti mentioned in the introduction of Al-Jami’ Al-kabeer, and those are the majority rules that he took from the hadith scholars who preceded him that were Judging hadiths as authentic, fair, or weak, some of those signs were altered as a result of transcribers.
