الآليات اللّغويّة المعتمدة في صياغة المصطلحات اللّسانيّة Les Mécanismes Linguistiques Adoptés Dans La Formulation Des Termes Linguistiques

Résumé: ملخّص: نتطرّق في هذه الورقة البحثيّة إلى طرائقيّة وضع المصطلح، وهي مهمّة ليست باليسيرة؛ حيث تتطلّب من الباحث أن يكون متمكّنا من المادّة اللّغويّة وفقهها، والإلمام بالجانب التّاريخيّ، ومسايرة النّشاط العلميّ المعاصر، مع اختيار الوسائل المناسبة لتوليد المصطلحات؛ فقد أصبحت اللّغة العربيّة لغة اصطلاحيّة حديثة، وذلك بالاعتماد على الآليات الّتي تمكّنها من مواكبة الحركة الفكريّة والثّقافيّة في العالم، وهي وسائل ضروريّة لإثراء اللّغة وتطوّرها وعصرنتها. ورغم أنّ اللّغة العربيّة هي أكثر اللّغات وفرة في المعاني والألفاظ، ويوجد فيها من الحروف أكثر من تلك اللّغات، إلاّ أنّ الشّعوب العربيّة قد ألفت التّكلّم بالألفاظ الأجنبيّة، وتداول المصطلحات الغربيّة الحديثة، مع العلم أنّه يوجد في لغتنا مرادفات لها، وهي أسهل وأخف وأجمل؛ فقد أصبحت هذه القضية ظاهرة تستوجب الوقوف عندها لتأمّل انعكاساتها السّلبيّة على الهوّية العربيّة. فإشكاليّة المصطلح مسألة أسالت الكثير من الحبر في مجال ترجمة المصطلح اللّسانيّ، والمطلوب من الباحثين المعاصرين أن يجمعوا بين التّراث العربيّ والحداثة الغربيّة على أساس أنّهما متكاملان وغير متناقضين، فهي الطّريقة المثلى الّتي تحفظ لنا هويّتنا القوميّة، وتحمينا من التّبعيّة الفكريّة المطلقة. Abstract: In this paper, we examine the terminology of the term, which is not an easy task; it requires the researcher to be proficient in the linguistic material and its jurisprudence, to be familiar with the historical aspect and to keep up with the contemporary scientific activity and to choose the appropriate means to generate terminology. Based on the mechanisms that enable it to keep abreast of the intellectual and cultural movement in the world, which are necessary to enrich the language and its evolution and age. Although the Arabic language is the most abundant language in terms of meanings and words, and there are more characters than those languages, but the Arab peoples have written to speak foreign words, and the circulation of modern Western terms, knowing that there are synonyms in our language, which is easier and lighter and more beautiful; This issue has become a phenomenon that requires standing to reflect on the negative repercussions on the Arab identity. The problem of the term is a question that has shed lots of ink in the field of translation of the linguistic term, and contemporary researchers are required to combine Arab and Western modernity on the basis that they are complementary and non-contradictory, the best way to preserve our national identity and protect us from absolute intellectual subordination.
