أثر عدم تماثل تغيرات أسعار الصرف على واردات الاقتصاد الجزائري دراسة قياسية باستخدام منهجية Nardl للفترة )1975-2018( The Impact Of Asymmetric Exchange Rate Changes On Imports Of The Algerian Economy An Econometric Study Using Nardl Methodology (1975-2018)

Résumé: يعتبر سعر الصرف من المؤشرات التي تحدد الأداء الاقتصادي للدولة، حيث يتأثر بالسياسة النقدية المتعبة ويؤثر بدوره على المعاملات الخارجية وعلى الميزان التجاري ومنه على الواردات، ويبرز هذا البحث اثر عدم تماثل صدمات سعر الصرف على واردات الاقتصاد الجزائري وذلك باستخدام منهجيةNARDL للفترة 1975-2018. وتوصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج من بينها: وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات المدروسة، وأيضا وجود عدم تماثل بين القيم الموجبة والسالبة لسعر الصرف على الواردات، حيث أن هذه الأخيرة تتأثر بالصدمات السالبة لسعر الصرف في الأجل الطويل، كما بينت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين سعر النفط وبين الواردات ووجود علاقة عكسية بين معدل النمو الاقتصادي وبين واردات الاقتصاد الجزائري. The exchange rate is an indicator that determines the economic performance of the country, as it is affected by the tired monetary policy and in turn affects the trade balance and from it imports, and this research highlights the effect of the asymmetry of exchange rate shocks on the imports of the Algerian economy, using the NARDL method for the period 1975-2018. The study found a long-term equilibrium relationship between the study variables, as well as a mismatch between the positive and negative values of the exchange rate on imports, as the latter are affected by the negative shocks of the exchange rate in the long term, and the study showed a direct relationship between the oil price and imports and the existence of a relationship An inverse between the rate of economic growth and the imports.
