آليات مكافحة عمالة الأطفال فيظل منظمة العمل الدولية والعربية

Résumé: منأ كبر المشاكل والأزمات التي تواجه الدول، خاصة العربية منها ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال، فتشغيل الأطفال وتسخيرهم في أعمال غير مؤهلين جسديا ونفسانيا للقيام بها، له مضار على المجتمع بأكمله، وليس على الطفل العامل وحسب، فهو عمل يهدد سلامة وصحة ورفاهية الطفل،كما يعمل على استغلال ضعفه ويقضي على نموه الطبيعي. ومن هذا المنطلق،فإن حماية الطفولة كانت ولازالت ضرورة ملحة مفروضة على الأسرة الدولية والداخلية، حيث لعبت المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية دورا كبيرا لا رساء حماية، ومكافحة متنوعة وعديدة في سبيل إنقاذ الطفولة من كل مظاهر العمل الاستغلالي. وتعد منظمة العمل الدولية ومنظمة العمل العربية من بين المنظمات الرائدة في هذا المجال. One of the greatestproblems and crises facing States, especiallyArab States, is the phenomenon of child labour. The employment of children and their use in workthatis not physically or psychologicallyqualified, isdetrimental to society as a whole, and not only to the workingchild. It threatens the safety, health and well-being of the child, exploits the child'svulnerability and eliminateshis or hernaturaldevelopment. The protection of children has been and continues to be an urgent necessity for the international and internalfamily. In this spirit, international and regionalorganizations have played a major role in establishing a variety of protection and combating in order to savechildrenfrom all forms of exploitativework. ILO and the Arab Labour Organization are among the leadingorganizations in this area.
