مساهمة التسيير الجبائي في تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية لدى المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الواحات ــ تقرت ــ أقروديف
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة التسيير الجبائي في تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية من خلال التعرف على أساليب و طرق التسيير الجبائي على جودة المعلومات المحاسبية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. و لذالك تم الاعتماد على دراسة حالة لمؤسسة مطاحن الواحات محل الدراسة التطبيقية، و التطرق الى التسيير الجبائي بها و مختلف الضرائب و الرسوم المفروضة عليها. و ذلك من أجل الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية : إلى أي مدى يمكن أن يساهم التسيير الجبائي في التحسين من جودة المعلومات المحاسبية لدى المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية ؟ و توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن التسيير الجبائي يساهم في تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية، ذالك من خلال اعتماد و استغلال المزايا و الامتيازات الجبائية الممنوحة، في حدود ما یسمح به القانون الجبائي و كذا الالتزام بجميع الضرائب و الرسوم و دفعها و التصريح بها في وقتها المحدد لتدنية التكاليف الجبائية و تجنب الاغفالات و العقوبات التي يمكن أن تتضمنها هده المعلومات مما يؤثر على جودتها.This study aims to know the extent of the contribution of tax management to improving the quality of accounting information by identifying the methods of tax management on the quality of accounting information in algerian economic company.Therefore,the case study was relied on by OASIS company . And dealt with fiscal managemment and different taxes imposed on it . This is in order to answer the following problem : to what extent can tax management contribute to impoving the quality of accountig information at the Algerian economic company ? The study concluded that the tax management contibutes to improving information,by adoptig and exploting the tax benefits and concessions granted, as well as complying with all taxes paying them in timely manner to reduce tax and avoid omissions and penalites that this information may contain,which affects its quality.
