ترجمة أدب الأطفال في الجزائر نحو رؤية مستقبلية لتفعيل دور المؤسسة الأكاديمية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية، إلى تقصي واقع ترجمة أدب الأطفال بالجزائر، و الّتي نروم من خلالها الوقوف على المشهد الترجمي المتعلّق بالنّص الموجه للطفل وأبرز التّحديات الّتي تقف عائقا أمام خلق فضاء يهتمّ بترجمة النّص الموجه للمتلقي الصغير في الوسط الأكاديمي، فاستقراء لهذا الواقع نلاحظ تغييبا في هذا المجال سواء على مستوى الهيئات الأكاديمية أو المعاهد المتخصّصة،فراهن ترجمة أدب الأطفال بالجزائر يشهد فتورا، و إن كانت بعض الجهود الفردية الّتي حاولت أن تشقّ طريق المثاقفة و التعريف بالنتاج الطفلي في الجزائر كمحاولة لإعطاء حركية في مجال ترجمة قصص الأطفال ( ترجمة الأعمال القصصية لرابح خدوسي إلى الإنجليزية مؤخرا)، إلّا أن هذا لا ينفي أنّ ترجمة النّص الموجه للطفل بالجزائر تشهد ركودا، خاصّة في غياب الفاعل الرئيس و المتمثّل في المؤسّسة الجامعية، والّتي بات من الضروري استحداث مخابر تختصّ بترجمة أدب الأطفال وعبر قنوات تواصلية بين الهيئات الأكاديمية خاصّة في ظلّ راهن يتّسم بالانفتاح الثقافي ما يفرض معاملة خاصّة في هذا النوع من الترجمة،ما يتطلّب تكثيفا للجهودوبالتالي التّنظير لترجمة أدب الأطفال بالجزائر. Abstract This research paper aims to investigate the reality of translating children's literature in Algeria. Through which we aim to stand on the translation scene related to the text oriented to the child and the most prominent challenges that stand in the way of creating a space interested in translating the text oriented to the young recipient in the academic community. So, by extrapolating this reality, we notice an absence in this field, whether at the level of academic bodies or specialized institutes. The current state of children’s literature translation in Algeria is lukewarm, although some individual efforts have tried to pave the way for acculturation and introducing children’s production in Algeria as an attempt to give dynamism in the field of translating children’s stories (translating the narration works of RabehKhedousi into English recently). However, this does not deny that the translation of texts oriented to children in Algeria witnesses a stagnation, especially in the absence of the main actor represented in the university institution, which has become necessary to create laboratories specialized in children’s literature translation and through communication channels between academic bodies, particularly in the middle of the current cultural openness, which imposes special treatment in this type of translation, which requires intensification of efforts and thus theorizing to children’s literature translation in Algeria
