شبكة مقترحة لتقييم التكوين الجامعي في ضوء المدخل المنظومي

Résumé: إن الجزائر اليوم مطالبة بإعادة النظر في أنظمتها التكوينية و إصلاحها بما يجعلها تستجيب للمتطلبات الوطنية والعالمية في آن واحد، أين يظهر التقييم التربوي أكثر من ضرورة لتنوير المساعي الإصلاحية وبنائها على أسس علمية سليمة. في هذا الإطار نقترح شبكة لحسن بوعبدالله لتقييم البرامج التكوينية في ضوء المدخل المنظومي و التي تنبني أساسا على مبادئ ومسلمات هذا المدخل و يمكن استعمالها لتقييم مختلف برامج التكوين على اختلاف تخصصاتها، فهي تنظر إلى البرنامج التكويني على أنه نسق مفتوح لتطبق عليه التحليل المنظومي فتفحصه فحص دقيقا يمكن من تقييمه وتشخيص مواطن القوة والضعف فيه فهي ذات وظيفة تقييمية تشخيصية، حيث تهدف إلى تقييم مدى اتساق البرامج التكوينية واستجابتها لمتطلبات العمل الميداني و تشخيص الأسباب التي أدت إلى حضور أو غياب تلك الاستجابة للاستزادة من الأولى و التخلص من الثانية................................................................. To day, Algeria has to review and reform its educational systems in order to respond to the national and international requirements at the same time. Thus, it has become an absolute necessity to evaluate, because the educational evaluation is the principal focus of any reform. In this context, we propose ”Lahcen Bouabdellah Grid” as a specific grid for evaluating training programmes from systemic approach point of view. This grid is built on systemic approach principles. It can be used to evaluate any training programme. It considers the training programme. As an “OPEN SYSTEM” and applies the systemic analysis on it. It has a function of evaluation and diagnosis; it evaluates the training programme concordance, and diagnoses the factors which make the result of evaluating in order to give us the “FEED-BACK” which makes us able to achieve our reforms with more success
