دور الإقتصاد الأخضر في تحقيق الأبعاد الأساسية للتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإقتصاد الأخضر في تحقيق الأبعاد الأساسية للتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر والمتمثلة في البعد الإقتصادي، البعد الإجتماعي والبعد البيئي، وقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي في عرض واقع كل بعد بالإعتماد على بعض المؤشرات الخاصة به، وكذا في عرض واقع الطاقات المتجددة كخيار للإنتقال إلى الإقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضعف التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر من ناحية، ومن ناحية أخرى فالجزائر تملك إمكانات كبيرة في مختلف مصادر الطاقات المتجددة، لكن إستغلالها يبقى ضعيف جدا وإنتاج الطاقة منها لايرقى أن يقود ويحقق التنمية المستدامة. This study aims to identify the role of the green economy in achieving the basic dimensions of sustainable development in algeria, namely the economic dimension, the social dimension and the environmental dimension. The descriptive approach has been used to present each dimension by drawing on some of its own indicators, as well as the realities of renewable energies as an option for the transition to a green economy in Algeria. The study found that Algeria's sustainable development was weak, on the one hand, and Algeria had great potential in various renewable energies, but that its exploitation remained very weak and energy production did not amount to driving and achieving sustainable development.
