دراسة تحليلية لواقع الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة بالجزائر

Résumé: أدى الإدراك بالعواقب البيئية والاجتماعية للاستهلاك المتزايد للطاقة الأحفورية وتقلب أسعارها إلى الانتقال للاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كبديل آمن وفعال للتخفيف من تلك العواقب ولمساهمتها الفعالة في زيادة حصة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للطاقة الذي يعد حجمه وحركته مؤشرا مهما للنمو الاقتصادي لأي بلد؛ واعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي جاءت هذه الدراسة لابراز واقع الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة بالجزائر. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه مع حلول 2020 نمت القدرة الإنتاجية للطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر لتبلغ 686 ميجا واط ، وقد سعت إلى انجاز عدة مشاريع تشغيلية في الجنوب خاصة إلا أنها مازالت تعاني من التبعية النفطية لأنه وفي سنة 2019 كانت نسبة الطاقات المتجددة في المزيج الطاقوي 0.35% فقط. The realization of the environment and Social consequences of the increasing consumption of fossil energy, and its price volatility, has led to the move to investment in Renewable as a safe and effective alternative to mitigate thes consequence, and for its effective contribution to increasing the GDP for energy whose size and movement is an important indicator of growth; based on the descriptive approach this sudy came to display the reality of investment in renewable energy in Algeria. The Study concluded by 2020 the production capacity of renewable in Algeria has grown to 686 MW, it has completed several projects especially in the south but it still suffers from oil dependence, because in 2019 the percentage of renewable in energy mix was only 0.35%.
