Résumé: This study aims to highlight how digital twinning and artificial intelligence can improve the efficiency of the circular economy, with a focus on the digital twinning project in water management in the State of the Netherlands, and to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon through which a deep and comprehensive understanding of how to improve digital twinning and artificial intelligence for the efficiency of the circular economy in the water management project in the Netherlands, and to provide practical recommendations for future projects, while the study found the importance of investing in modern technology to achieve better sustainability. and higher efficiency in the management of natural resources.
