البدائل السودانية المصرية اتجاه أزمة إقتسام مياه النيل وبناء سد النهضة الإثيوبي The Sudanese And Egyptian Alternatives Toward Crise Of Nile Water Division And The Ethiopian Renaissance Dam Constructing

Résumé: تتمحور الورقة البحثية حول موضوع في غاية الأهمية متعلق بالنزاع على الموارد المائية في منطقة حوض النيل، وذلك مع إزدياد حدّة الخلافات مابين السودان وجمهورية مصر العربية من جهة، وإثيوبيا الإتحادية من جهةٍ أخرى، خاصةً مع التوجه الذي تبنته هذه الأخيرة ببناء سد النهضة العظيم على مسار النيل الأزرق، وتهدف الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على مستجدات الوضع الرّاهن للأزمة، وكذا محاولة رسم معالم البدائل المتاحة لكل من السودان ومصر اتجاه السياسات الإثيوبية، وقد توصلت الورقة إلى مجموعة من النتائج على غرار ضرورة صياغة أُطر واتفاقيات قانونية جديدة منظمة لآلية إقتسام مياه النيل، وكذا التنويه بتصاعد التوجهات العسكرية كبديل للأداة الدبلوماسية لحل هذا النزاع. This paper is revolve around the water resources conflict in Nile basin region, in time the dispute outbreak increasingly between Sudan and Egypt, and Ethiopia in another hand, especially with the latter decision to construct the great renaissance dam on the blue Nile. The article aimed to highlight current issues situation, also attempt to expect the Sudanese and Egyptian alternatives towards the Ethiopian policies, and it's found that there is a necessity to make new agreement in order to allocate the Nile water fairly between the concerned parties in the region, moreover noticed the increasing of military choice to resolve the crises instead the diplomatic tools.
