دور الاستثمار الزراعي في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر:دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج شعاع تصحيح الخطأ (vecm) خلال الفترة (1990-2021)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين الاستثمار الزراعي والأمن الغذائي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2021) باستخدام منهجية التكامل المشترك ونموذج شعاع تصحيح الخطأ (VECM)لاختبار العلاقة الديناميكية بين المتغيرين. وبالاعتماد على مؤشر الإنتاج الزراعي للتعبير على الأمن الغذائي كمتغير تابع بالإضافة إلى متغير الاستثمار الزراعي ورأس المال البشري كمتغيرات مستقلة. وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين رأس المال البشري والأمن الغذائي في حين وجود علاقة عكسية بين الاستثمار الزراعي والأمن الغذائي في المدى القصير والطويل. Abstract: This study aims to test the relationship between agricultural investment and food security in Algeria during the period (1990-2021) using the Co-integration methodology and the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to test the dynamic relationship between the two variables. The study considers the agricultural production index to express food security as a dependent variable in addition using the agricultural investment and human capital as independent variables. The results of the study proved that there is a positive relationship between human capital and food security, while there is an inverse relationship between agricultural investment and food security in the short and long term.
