مستويات ومصادر الضغط المهني لدى ممرضي المؤسسة الاستشفائية بالشريعة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستويات ومصادر الضغط المهني لدى الممرضين في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد الشبوكي بمدينة الشريعة ولاية تبسة، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تطبيق استمارة الاستبيان على عينة من الممرضين قدر عددها بـــــ 66 ممرضا شهر جانفيي 2019. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الضغط المهني لدى الممرضين مرتفع، وأن كل من ضغط المهمة، ضغط الجهاز، ضغط العلاقات، ضغط العلاقة بيت/عمل، وضغط المحيط الاجتماعي هي مصادر للضغط المهني كما يدركها الممرضين وجاءت بدرجات مرتفعة وقدر متوسطها الحسابي بين 2.42 و2.60. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الضغط المهني تبعا لمتغيري الجنس ومدة الخدمة، وبالمقابل وجود اختلاف في مستويات الضغط المهني تعزى لمتغير العمر عند عينة الدراسة. This study aims to find out the levels and sources of occupational stress for hospital nurses in Cheria, the researcher relied on the descriptive method, whereby a questionnaire form was applied to a sample of nurses estimated at 66 in January 2019. The study concluded that the level of occupational stress among nurses is high, and that each of the task pressure, the pressure of the device, the pressure of the relations, the pressure of the work-home relationship, and the pressure of the social environment are sources of occupational stress and it came with high degrees, where the mean values were estimated between 2.42 and 2.60. The study also concluded that there were no differences in the level of occupational stress depending on the sex variable and the length of service when the study sample.
