Résumé: ملخص: أثارت الموجة الحديثة من التحرير المالي نقاشا حادا بين الخبراء الاقتصاديين المؤيدين والمعارضين حول المنافع والمخاطر التي تتمخض عنه، فإذا كان التحرير المالي يعمل على تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي فإنه في المقابل يؤدي إلى عدم الاستقرار. وفي ظل هذا التباين يدعو البعض إلى ضرورة التوفيق بين التحرير المالي والاستقرار المالي للوصول إلى نظام مالي متين يلبي حاجيات الاقتصاد الحقيقي. سنحاول في هذه الورقة الكشف عن أهم مخاطر التحرير المالي على الأسواق المالية الناشئة وأخذ بورصة اندونيسيا كدراسة حالة. Abstract : The recent wave of Financial Liberalization has generated an intense debate among economists, attracting both supporters and opponents. Thus, it has always been controversial. This controversy could be explained by its benefits and problems. On the one Hand, it promotes economic growth, on the other hand it produces instability. For this reason, it is necessary to reconcile financial liberalization with financial stability in order to get a solid financial system that meets the needs of real economy. This paper outlines the risks of Financial Liberalization on Emerging Markets and we take Indonesian Market as case of study.
