الاتصال العمومي بالمؤسسة الأمنية ودوره في التوعية الأمنية والوقاية من الجريمة -دراسة حالة المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني-

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى محاولة ابراز دور الاتصال العمومي في تعزيز التوعية الأمنية والوقاية من الجريمة، إلى جانب ذلك، التعرف على المقاربة الاتصالية التي تتبناها المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، فيما يتعلق بالتوعية الأمنية، من أجل اشراك المواطن في المعادلة الأمنية، وحماية المجتمع من كل أشكال الجريمة، وكذا، التعرض إلى أهم الدعائم والوسائط الاتصالية التي تعتمد عليها المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، بغية تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة في هذا الصدد. وقد خلصنا إلى أن المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني تولي أهمية قصوى للاتصال العمومي بالنظر للدور المحوري الذي لعبه هذا النمط الاتصالي في التوعية الأمنية للوقاية من الجريمة وسط المجتمع الجزائري. This article aims to shed light on showing the key role of public communication to strengthen the security awareness and crime prevention, also, to identify the communication approach adopted by the Directorate General for National Security. As far as the security awareness in order to involve citizens in the security equation and protect society from all forms of crime. Besides, dealing with the most important pillars and communication media that the Directorate General for National Security relies on in the purpose of achieving the objectives set in this article. We have concluded that the Directorate-General of National Security attaches the utmost importance to public communication, given the central role played by this automated pattern of security awareness in preventing crime in Algerian society.
