تقنيات التحقيق في الجزائر

Résumé: لقد أنتج التطور التكنولوجي الحديث عدة وسائل وتقنيات جديدة لم تكن في السابق في متناول المحققين والقضاة الجنائيين، مثل استخدام أنواع من البصمات مثل البصمات الجينية، واستخدام أجهزة كشف الكذب وتقنية التنويم المغناطيسي، وكذلك ظهور وسائل وتقنيات تقنية مكنت من رصد مرتكبي الجرائم ومراقبتهم إلكترونيا. بالإضافة إلى استخراج الأدلة الرقمية من أدواتهم وأجهزتهم الحديثة أو من مسرح الجريمة والوسائل والأجهزة الإلكترونية المستخدمة فيها إن استغلال التقنيات والتكنولوجيا الحديثة مكّن المحققين الجنائيين والقضاة من اكتشاف المجرمين وإثبات ارتكابهم جرائم لا يمكن فك رموزها بطرق الإثبات الجنائية التقليدية. The modern technological development has produced several new means and techniques that were not previously within the reach of criminal investigators and judges, such as the use of types of fingerprints such as genetic fingerprints, the use of lie detectors and hypnosis technology, as well as the emergence of technical means and techniques that enabled the monitoring of perpetrators of crimes and monitoring them electronically. In addition to extracting digital evidence from their modern tools and devices or from crime scenes and the electronic means and devices used in them the exploitation of modern technologies and technology enabled criminal investigators and justices to detect criminals and prove that they had committed crimes that could not be deciphered by traditional criminal proof methods.
