الآليات المؤسساتية لحماية حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية وفقا للتعديل الدستوري2020

Résumé: تعتبر المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية ركيزة من ركائز حماية حقوق الإنسان في المجتمع الدولي لما تمتلكه من إمكانيات وآيات متعددة في تحقيق مصالح الأفراد والدفاع عنها ومحاولة وقف انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والسعي إلى تطبيق الدستور. الأحكام المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان، وأصبحت ضمانة كبيرة لهذه الحقوق والحريات التي يكفلها الدستور. ومن أهم المنظمات التي تناولتها دراستنا المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، والمحكمة الدستورية التي حلت محل المجلس الدستوري وتتميز بطبيعة قضائية وليست سياسية، والمرصد الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، والأحزاب السياسية التي لها دور فعال. دوره في تعزيز الثقافة السياسية للمجتمع Governmental and non-governmental organizations are considered a pillar of the protection of human rights in the international community due to the multiple possibilities and verses that they possess in achieving and defending the interests of individuals and trying to stop human rights violations and seeking to implement constitutional provisions related to human rights, and they have become a great guarantee for these constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms. The most important organizations examined in our study are the National Council for Human Rights, the Constitutional Court that replaced the Constitutional Council and is characterized by a judicial nature rather than a political one, the National Observatory for Human Rights and political parties that have an effective role in promoting the political culture of society.
