العلاج النفسي السلوكي

Résumé: يعتبر العلاج النفسي السلوكي من أهم وأنجع العلاجات النفسية باختصاص علم النفس العيادي والتي تتعامل مع سلوك الفرد غير السوي أو المتعلم بطريقة غير توافقية، فهذا النوع من العلاج يهدف إلى تعديل وتصحيح السلوك الخاطئ وبالتالي حل المشكل أوعلاج الاضطراب، ويندرج ضمنه العديد من التقنيات والفنيات العلاجة كالتحصين التدريجي والكف بالنقيض وكذا الكف بالغمر و العلاج بالرمز وكذا العلاج بالمنع، ولكل تقنية علاجية شروطها وخطواتها التي يجب التقيد بها. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلاج النفسي السلوكي، السلوك، التقنيات العلاجية. Abstract: Behavioral psychotherapy is considered one of the most important and effective psychological therapy in clinical psychology, which deals with the behavior of the individual who is abnormal or educated in a non-consensual manner. This type of therapy aims to amend and correct the wrong behavior and thus solve the problem or treat the disorder. It includes many techniques of treatment, such as gradual vaccination and cessation by contrast, as well as cessation by immersion, symbol therapy, as well as treatment with prevention, and each treatment technique has its own conditions and steps that must be adhered to.
